OLD SAYINGS   When I was young, these old sayings mom shared with me; roses are red, violets are blue, sugar is sweet and so are you. Sticks and stones will break your bones but words will never hurt you. The first could possibly be true, but the one about sticks and stones, I don't think is true. Words can cause great pain, break the heart , and the soul forever maim. The one on the hurtful end may never, recover or forget and words can cause great sorrow and deep...

Without Wings

Without Wings   Soon I will be leaving, without a jet plane, flying without wings, caught up in the air, to meet the Lord of Lords, and the King of Kings. Soon I will be leaving, without a jet plane. I know why, but I don't know when, when I return, it will be in New Jerusalem. Soon I will be leaving, without a jet plane, flying without wings, to meet in the air, my Lord of Lords, and King of Kings.

Heavens Splender

Heaven's Splendor [ by Winston Staples ]   Oh, to walk on those streets of gold, that are in Heaven I'm told, to see the Jasper walls and gates of pearl.
